The Journey Through Fussy Eating
Are mealtimes becoming more and more stressful and food seems to be a common battle ground with your child?
Do you worry that your child is not eating enough and /or that they are not getting the nutrients they need?
Do you feel at a loss when it comes to feeding your picky eater?

You are not alone! We know just how challenging fussy eating can be, both from our work with many families, and because we are mothers too.

The journey through fussy eating workshop equips parents to nourish their picky eater through proven gentle methods. In a small group of other parents struggling with similar challenges, we will initially create space for you to express your concerns and worries. Then based on our combined 30 years of experience of working with families we will provide you with evidence-based information about nutrition and fussy eating, and provide you with a tool box of practical strategies you can implement straight away.

See the course outline below and please get in touch if you have any questions.
