Bounding through Babyhood

As you head out of the newborn phase at about 3-4 months, lots of people feel like things get easier; your baby might start to communicate and interact more, you might feel more confident in your parenting role, and more comfortable taking baby out. There are also many exciting but sometimes daunting milestones to face between 4 months and the toddler years and it's so normal to have challenges along the way. Whether you are introducing solids, facing sleep regressions, struggling with the transition back to work, we are here to walk through this stage too. If none of our courses offer what you need, we are able to offer holistic and bespoke support through 1:1 parenting consultations, so get in touch to chat through your needs.

My Baby's Brain

Get a glimpse into the incredible capacity your baby's brain and learn how as parents we have a critical role in shaping its growth and development.

This course will provide you with evidence-based, scientific information on baby brain development, space to consider how this impacts your role as a parent,  and lots of practical strategies and guidance on how we can capitalise on the potential in each of our babies.

Baby Massage Courses

We bring you two different types of class in two different locations.

Both classes are informal open environments where you can bring your baby, have a warm drink and relax and chat with other mums and parenting professionals.

The Wednesday class is focused more on baby massage and sensory exploration, but always led by your baby's needs.

Friday's class has elements of gentle yoga and stretching for the post partum body, as well as sensory exploration and massage for your baby.

We always tailor the class to meet the changing needs of you and your baby, so it will include different aspects every week.

Introducing Solids

Starting solids is an exciting milestone - but it can also feel overwhelming. Our Introducing Solids course gives you everything you need to confidently begin your baby’s solid-food journey while keeping family mealtimes simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.

This holistic course covers everything from when and how to start, to safety, allergens, and gut health,  helping you build healthy habits from the very beginning and reduce the likelihood of fussy eating later on.

The Science of Language Development

Incredibly, research shows that interactive communication between you and your baby can start before they are even born and that right from birth babies are communicating their needs and wants.

Book a 1:1 session in your home or online if you would like to discover the incredible relationship between your baby’s brain development and communication and so much more.

Three Step Rewind Program

The 3 Step Rewind Programme is a gentle but effective process which helps release and reframe traumatic or distressing memories, particularly those related to childbirth.

This unique approach works over a period of 3 sessions, usually carried out in your home where you will be  guided into a relaxed state.  Here, you can safely revisit your experiences and gently shift how they are stored in your mind.

Using Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, your brain will begin to let go of the distressing memories that it has been holding onto, allowing you to heal.

One to One Parenting Consultation

As one approaches the transition into parenthood, some parents find it useful to have a one off or a series of one-to-one consultations as a way of creating space to explore how this change is going to shape you as individuals and as a couple.

We can support you as you consider questions like:

  • What kind of parent do I want to be?

  • How will my own childhood affect me as I parent?

  • What are our shared values?

  • How will we cope with conflict when it arises?

  • How can we look after ourselves once we are parents?
