The Journey of Introducing Solids
A Holistic and Family-Focused Approach
Starting solids is an exciting milestone - but it can also feel overwhelming. Our Introducing Solids course gives you everything you need to confidently begin your baby’s solid-food journey while keeping family mealtimes simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.
We take a holistic, family-focused approach, helping you feed your baby adapted versions of family meals from early on. This means less time cooking separate dishes and more shared experiences at the table because mealtimes should bring families together, not add extra work.

Our method is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and relaxed, while supporting your baby’s development and relationship with food. By starting solids in a responsive, family-focused way, you’ll be setting the stage for happier mealtimes and fewer food struggles down the track.

Why Join This Course
This course goes beyond the basics. You’ll not only learn how to introduce solids safely and confidently, you’ll also discover how to nurture your baby’s gut health, develop positive mealtime habits, and lay the foundations for a lifelong love of food.
Our evidence-based approach draws on the latest research in infant nutrition and microbiome development. By starting strong, you can even help reduce the likelihood of fussy eating later in childhood.
